The padding of the base and the headboard is in expanded polyurethane covered in heat-resistant. The headrest is in multi-layered panel covered with polyurethane foam covered in heat-resistant. The Open sofa bed uses a front opening mechanism by lifting. The structure of the mechanism is made of high-strength steel, oven-coated with epoxy powders. The bed surface is orthopedic with an electrically welded mesh. The seats are supported by elastic straps. The bed can be equipped with a polyurethane foam mattress, Memory foam, Waterlily or latex.
