With Dammi i Colori, Austrian artist Heimo Zobernig explores colour as a perceptual material and relational device. The collection originates from anthropomorphic figures built from the cube, an essential geometric unit that, through softness and scale, loses its rigidity and becomes a familiar, welcoming presence. Red, green and blue colours linked to digital image construction systems, become active elements within the space, capable of generating atmosphere, imagination and interaction. The sculptures do not suggest a single function: they invite people to approach them, embrace them, move them through space and experience them freely, turning interaction into an integral part of the work itself. More than simple sculptural cushions, Dammi i Colori behaves like a silent presence within the domestic environment. A soft and ambiguous object, suspended between art and design, encouraging new forms of perception and relationships with contemporary living spaces.
