The Ruché bed is detached from the ground by a simple and thin solid beech structure, which supports a comfortable surface. The headboard and bed frame are covered in a thick quilt with a particular quilt, a kind of boutis or capitonné made up of a grid with interrupted seams. From time to time stopped by the stitches and then released, the fabric "curls" here and there, which gives it its singular appearance and the name Ruché (fabric curled or pleated, ornament for dresses). The long-drawn posts and the undulations of the duvet form a harmonious set of strict straight lines and soft curves.
N.B: The bed frame accommodates all types of net and mattress, however thick mattresses are recommended. The net should be 2 cm less than the bed’s internal size with a tolerance of plus or minus 1 cm (Example: for a bed of 160 x 200 the net should be 158 +/- 1 cm x 198 +/- 1 cm).
