Tress Wall Lamp

"The seduction of a female braid is the inspiration behind Tress. A ribbon that becomes both the structure and decoration of the lamp. An idea of design transformed into reality through the development of an original process that is both technological and artisanal." A ribbon of fiberglass and resin, intertwined with apparent randomness, creates an extraordinary play of light and shadow, fullness and emptiness, inside and outside. This lamp is a study of material, form, and light. One of the project’s objectives was to achieve a dual effect, with two light sources that can be turned on separately. One source at the bottom illuminates the entire lamp from the inside, emphasizing the graphic effect of the weave and projecting shadow patterns and light signals. The inner surface appears much lighter than the outer one, creating an additional contrast. The upper source emits a beam of light toward the ceiling, lighting up the entire room. Tress creates a unique, warm, and magical atmosphere that enriches the space as a whole. The color also transforms its personality: light and discreet in the white version, strong and decisive in black. A magical interweaving of fullness and emptiness that hides the electrical cable from view, freeing the magic of light. A collection of lamps with a strong personality and character.
