The Cloud bookshelf by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, with hollow compartments, is an extravagant furnishing element with a pop flair and an absolutely unforgettable design. Made with rotational moulding technology, in white polyethylene, Cloud is a two-sided bookshelf that adds lightness to any ambiance, forming a configuration that can be personalised by the buyer: the modules can be interconnected as desired, using a retracting joint, to create a beehive structure.

Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec  

The brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec made their debut in the design world with their first important job for Issey Miyake, in 2000.

In only a few years they published two monographs, “Catalogue de Raison” and the 2003 publication by Phaidon of a collection of images of their work.

Considered rising stars on the international stage, Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec offer a contemporary yet rigorous approach to design, introspective but still passionate. Their pieces are authentic examples of “micro architecture”, so versatile that they can be used for multiple purposes, managing to add character and transform the spaces in which they are placed.
