Freely inspired by a symbolic picture from Kiev, Pacifico is the brand new bookcase designed by Lapo Ciatti, a book shelter that lies against the wall, metaphorically becoming the meeting point of culture and knowledge.
The name of this piece of furniture also recalls historical roots: Pacificus was the archdeacon who, during the Carolingian age, actively contributed to the development of the Biblioteca Capitolare in Verona, the most ancient library in the Western world, still open today.
